Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. However, if you are not fully satisfied and you want to return the products please note the following:
- Items should be returned within 60 days of purchase.
- Due to health regulations, we cannot accept open items.
- To receive credit, the packaging should be in saleable condition.
- To return unused items, call us immediately at (323).653.7633 and obtain a Return Authorization Code Number.
- On the returned merchandise, please attach a letter stating the reason for return and the Return Authorization Code number.
- The shipping costs on other than defective products or shipment error are the responsibility of the customer.
- If you paid by check or money order, you will receive a refund check within four to six weeks.
Back Orders
If we temporarily run out of an item, we will notify you. Our Customer Service Representative will do one of the following:
- Enter your order as a back order.
- Cancel your order and refund the purchase price.
- Offer a substitute.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges typically range from $6.00 to $21.50 per item. If you wish to minimize shipping costs we encourage you to order by the case.
We ship by UPS ground or another regular ground carrier throughout the continental United States. All shipments should arrive within 1 to 6 working days. Overnight, Next Day Air and Second Day Air deliveries are available for additional fees.
Sorry, but we do not accept C.O.D. orders. Also, because we use UPS, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
We ship anywhere with a U.S. or Canadian Zip Code, including APO/FPO address. We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and Guam via U.S. Parcel Post. Those may require additional charges. Please call for details.
