How can I get samples?

Unfortunately, due to the overwhelming popularity of our products, we can no longer offer samples. We do, however, sell our briefs by the bag (20 briefs) rather than just by the case (60-80 briefs). So we suggest that your first purchase be by the bag. You won´t be disappointed!

How do I order?

To see the items available for purchase on this web site, click on one of the product categories in the right column (e.g. European briefs). This will show all of the products in that category. If you see a product you like, click on the button that looks like this:

In the right hand-corner, a text message will appear telling you that you have added an item to your order. If you click on that text message, you will enter our secure order form. Follow the directions at the top of the page, filling in all of the required information. If you wish to change the number of any particular item you ordered, enter it in the box next to the name of the product (e.g. you might wish to purchase more of a particular item).

When you are ready, click the Send this Order! button at the bottom of the screen. The order will be sent securely to our web server, and a Customer Service Representative will receive email (without any sensitive credit information attached, of course) telling them of your order. You will receive an email message telling you that the order has been received, as well.

Do I pay shipping and handling charges?

Shipping and handling will be added to your order and will appear on your order sheet as you check out. For additional information, please refer to our shipping policies page.

How is my order sent?

We ship by UPS Ground (or another regular ground carrier, if UPS is not available) throughout the continental United States. All shipments should arrive within 1 to 6 working days. Overnight, Next Day Air and Second Day Air deliveries are available for additional fees. We do not accept C.O.D. orders, nor can we ship to P.O. boxes. How do we protect your privacy?

The briefs come to us in polyethylene bags packed in cartons marked ´T-2 or T-3 . If you prefer your order in unmarked cases, please indicate this in the ´Comments´ area when filling out the order form.

How do I save?

By ordering online, and ordering these unique products, you save in several ways:

• There is no sales tax, unless ordering from California.
• Only one brief is necessary for a good full night´s rest.
• The maximum daily European Brief need for most patients is three. On average, we expect people to use about one case per month.
• When using the European Brief there is no need for underpads.
• Laundry costs are significantly lower when using the European Brief.
• Institutional customers will notice a significant reduction in labor costs.
